“Moonlight of Beacon Hills”
Under the moonlight in Beacon Hills tonight
Read the lyrics
Under the moonlight in Beacon Hills tonight
We were just kids trying to survive the fight
Secrets in the shadows calling out our names
Nothing in this town would ever stay the same
We ran through the dark with fearless hearts
Not knowing how the story starts
We were wolves in the night
Running through the fading light
Every scar became our guide
Through the storms we couldn't hide
In the echo of our youth
Every lie and every truth
Beacon Hills still calls our souls
Where the moon forever glows
Friends became a family in the fire
Enemies turned allies in the night of the lyre
Every battle carved a memory in time
Every heartbeat echoed through the pine
If the darkness comes again
We'll stand together till the end
We were wolves in the night
Running through the fading light
Every scar became our guide
Through the storms we couldn't hide
In the echo of our youth
Every lie and every truth
Beacon Hills still calls our souls
Where the moon forever glows

Teen Wolf premiered on MTV on June 5, 2011, right after the MTV Movie Awards, and ran for six seasons until September 2017.
It's loosely based on the 1985 comedy of the same name starring Michael J. Fox.
The 100th episode, "The Wolves of War" (September 24, 2017), was also the series finale.
Seasons 1 and 2 were filmed in Atlanta; from season 3 the show moved to Los Angeles.
Dylan O'Brien had never acted professionally before Stiles — he was making YouTube videos when he was cast.
Stiles' real first name, Mieczysław, was only revealed in the final season.
Crystal Reed left the show when Allison died in season 3 — and returned in season 5 as Allison's ancestor Marie-Jeanne.
Colton Haynes left after season 2 to join Arrow, and came back for the final season.
Tyler Hoechlin went on to play Superman in Superman & Lois; Dylan O'Brien led The Maze Runner trilogy.
Teen Wolf: The Movie (Paramount+, January 2023) reunited most of the cast — without Dylan O'Brien and Arden Cho.
Sheriff Stilinski actor Linden Ashby was Johnny Cage in the 1995 Mortal Kombat film.
Lydia's banshee scream, introduced in season 3, became one of the show's most iconic sounds.
