“Capeside Nights”
Salt air, screen door slamming
Read the lyrics
Salt air, screen door slamming
Bikes down by the creek at dawn
Every little secret that we're keeping
Carved in the dock we're standing on
Oh, we swore we'd never leave (never leave)
Oh, just you and me (just you and me)
Capeside nights, Capeside nights
Running wild under the string lights
Hold my hand, don't let go tonight
Capeside, oh, Capeside nights
Movie screens and heart-shaped stickers
Taped up on my locker door
Every ending feels like a beginning
On this creek I keep coming back for more
Oh, we swore we'd never leave (never leave)
Oh, just you and me (just you and me)
Capeside nights, Capeside nights
Running wild under the string lights
Hold my hand, don't let go tonight
Capeside, oh, Capeside nights
Take me back, take me back
To the dock where it all began
Oh-oh-oh, oh-oh-oh
Capeside nights, Capeside nights
Running wild under the string lights
Hold my hand, don't let go tonight
Capeside, oh, Capeside nights
Capeside nights... Capeside nights...
